About Us

Football journalism built on the terrace, not the boardroom.

Teras Nasional is an independent football publication covering the global game — the tactics, the transfers and the stories that make it the most-watched sport on earth.

Who we are

Teras Nasional — meaning "the national terrace" — was founded on a simple belief: that football journalism should be written for the people who actually watch the game. Not for agents, not for sponsors, and not for the algorithms. For supporters who want to understand why a match was won, how a transfer happened, and what it all means.

We are a small, independent editorial team. We are not owned by a betting company, a club or a broadcaster. Our only loyalty is to our readers, and our only obligation is to get the story right.

What we cover

Our coverage spans the competitions that matter most to a global audience:

  • Champions League and European club football — match reports, tactical breakdowns and knockout analysis.
  • The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and the Bundesliga — week-to-week reporting from Europe's biggest leagues.
  • Transfers and recruitment — verified moves, contract situations and the market forces shaping squads.
  • World Cup 2026 — build-up, qualification stories and everything leading into the tournament.
  • Tactical analysis — the ideas, systems and coaching trends that define the modern game.

Our editorial standards

Every article we publish is written by a named journalist and reviewed by an editor before it goes live. Where we rely on sources, we tell you how confident we are in them and we label speculation as speculation. When we get something wrong, we correct it openly and promptly.

Accuracy, independence, transparency. If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, please contact us at editorial@terasnasional.com and we will investigate.

Our team

Our writers come from newsrooms across Europe and South America, and between them they have covered four World Cups, hundreds of Champions League nights and more transfer windows than they care to count. You can find the byline of the journalist responsible for every story at the top of each article, alongside their bio.

How we are funded

Teras Nasional is funded through display advertising and our free newsletter. Advertising is clearly separated from editorial content at all times. Advertisers have no influence over what we publish, and we do not accept payment in exchange for coverage.
